Goods leaving the customs territory of the Community - Article 183 of the Community Customs Code

Goods leaving the customs territory of the Community shall be subject to customs supervision.

They may be the subject of checks by the customs authorities in accordance with the provisions in force.

They shall leave the said territory using, where appropriate, the route determined by the customs authorities and in accordance with the procedures laid down by those authorities.
